We need YOU to become an evaluator for Oral Presentations and Poster Sessions!
Evaluators are integral to the Student Research Symposium. They help students to understand
their research and present it better through formulated feedback and in-person review.
Evaluators are volunteers made up of NMT faculty, staff, graduate students, alumni,
and community members. The only requirement is that you have a Bachelor's degree in any area of study.
We need evaluators for the following events:
Oral Presentations: Tue, April 22, 5pm-8pm
Poster Session 1: Wed, April 23, 10am-12pm
Poster Session 2: Thu, April 24, 10am-12pm
Poster Session 3: Fri, April 25, 10am-12pm
Poster Session 4: Fri, April 25, 1pm-3pm
You may be an evaluator for any or all events. When you register online to participate as an Evaluator, you'll be asked to select which events you'd like
to participate in.
Want to know what kind of forms you'll be expected to fill out as an evaluator? Here
are the forms that we use (you will be filling out similar forms electronically):
ORAL PRESENTATION EVALUATION FORM
POSTER PRESENTATION EVALUATION FORM
NOTE: Since the feedback results will be emailed to the presenters after the SRS ends,
we kindly ask that you include all your comments on the form instead of orally.
